B | 数字能源港坐落于上城区钱塘智慧城城北园区,占地0.61平方公里,曾是“空间紧、负荷密、用能杂”的典型老旧工业园区。如今,项目集成园区内外200余项先进技术,从制能、储能、用能、节能四个维度完成全链路系统性低碳改造,成为都市老工业园区绿色低碳转型的标杆。数字能源港制定了“整体规划、分类施策、技术精准匹配”的系统方案。办公楼侧重“超量绿电生产+五恒环境调控+光储直柔”技术组合,让楼宇自己“晒太阳发电”,同时为室内提供舒适恒温环境;厂房配套光伏储能、应急供电、货运车辆电动化,以稳定用电保障生产运转;公共区域采用绿电直接供电、多功能空间布局、智能AI照明,既节能又实用。园区还搭建起自主研发的智慧能源大脑平台,依托专业算法,光伏发电与用电负荷预测准确率均超90%;结合实时气象监测,系统可提前启动空调预调,自动调节园区室内温度;还能调节充电桩错峰充电,把光伏产生的绿色电力直接供给周边建筑使用。经系统性改造,数字能源大厦实现负碳运行,获国家零碳建筑认证,数字能源孵化器及风雨长廊获国家近零碳建筑认证。焱唐能源科技工厂立面BIPV项目位于钱塘区临江高科产业园,将龙焱能源科技自主研发的光伏产品铺设于厂房南、西立面,立面安装总面积达4234平方米,总装机容量542千瓦;项目同时采用自主研发的碲化镉薄膜彩色技术,相较传统彩釉工艺,透光率提升超100%,组件光电转换效率达13%以上。这套光伏幕墙不仅是高效的发电单元,更是高性能的保温隔热层。实测数据显示,相较原有金属幕墙,应用“燚彩”光伏幕墙后,厂房外墙热渗透率降低37%,室内温度下降4℃—6℃,大幅削减了夏季空调的用电负荷。据测算,该项目在25年生命周期内,预计累计减排二氧化碳7962吨、二氧化硫240吨、氮化物120吨。
